This phone system has worked great for us! The nature of our work requires us to work on location - which is different every day. With the follow me feature we never miss a call! We can even have our receptionist answer at the office and transfer the calls to us in the field - as if we were right down the hall! We have received so many compliments on the auto attendant feature - we have even referred 2 customers! The virtual fax enables us to receive faxes wherever we are in the country. It saves our customers from having to send it wherever we are, and the conference calling works wonders to join all of us in one conversation. The flexibility is great and even when we are away from a computer we can dial in to change our settings. It is a MUST HAVE for anyone on the go - or even in one place!
If you have a small business this system is for you. If you are working in the field, office, or just sleeping in, this system will find you. If you want to check the number before you answer it, you can do that also! I was going to drop at least $1200.00 on a phone system that did not even have half the options you get from GotVMail. We are a small but growing company. We have been in dire need of a phone system to route our many phone calls and to explain frequently asked questions before we received the actual call from our customers. We are a company with a large territory and few employees. With three different offices, some of which amounted to a salesman working out of his house, we were pretty spread out.
