Online Call Reports

Search call logs using many different criteria including 'Call Type', 'Extension', and 'Date Range'. Instantly search 3 months worth of call logs. If you need to search activity older than 3 months, the request will be queued and your results will be delivered to the Report Requests folder usually within 30 minutes to 1 hour. To retrieve call history, enter the date range and then as little or as much additional criteria as you need. You can press Ctrl to select more than one Call Type or Call Status to use in your Call History request. When you are ready click 'Go' to view the results or 'Export' to view or save in a specific file format.
