Music-on-hold

Choose the right on-hold music for your virtual phone system. You can pick from our selection of music or upload your own.

Accessing Music-on-Hold selections online:

1. Go to mygotvmail.com
2.  Enter your account number and password. Leave extension number blank to login as an administrator
3. Click System from the top menu
4. Click Music-on-Hold
5. Select the type of music you want callers to hear or upload a custom music file

Custom Music-on-Hold

You can upload one file to use as on-hold music for all of your extensions or upload different files to different extensions individually. Click browse to locate the file on your computer then scroll down and click update to save.
