Mailbox Manager

Virtual Calling Card / International Dialing
If you have the Virtual Calling Card or International Dialing feature on your account you can use the mailbox manager to activate it by selecting which mailboxes are allowed to use these features. Check the boxes next the mailboxes you want to grant access to and click update to save.

Main Mailbox Timeout
If a caller does not make a selection after hearing the main greeting they can be automatically connected to the extension of your choice. Choose the extension you want callers sent to from the drop-down menu and click update to save your selection.
