Main Greeting
Whenever someone calls, they will first hear this greeting and can navigate to all other extensions from here.

  1. Call your account number
  2. Dial *
  3. Dial #
  4. Dial your PIN
  5. Dial # to enter Automated setup

You will then be prompted to:
-Record Main Extension name (# save, 3 to rerecord)
-Record Main Extension greeting (# save, 3 to rerecord)

After-hours Main Greeting
You may have a second main greeting that plays during the hours that you are not open. You can upload a greeting that will play when callers try to reach you between your closing and opening time.

1. Call your Account Number and press * to enter Subscriber mode

Press # to enter the Administrator mode
3.
Enter your PIN
4.
Press 4 to access the Manage Greetings Menu
5.
Press 3 to setup After-Hours

Note: The office hours you set here apply to all of the extensions unless individual extensions set their own office hours.

After-hours Extension Greeting 
Like the main greeting, an extension can also have a different message that plays between closing and opening times.

Extension Name
Before a call is forwarded to your extension, the caller will hear a default transfer message that says, “Please hold while I transfer your call to [extension name].”
