Dial-by-name directory

The Dial-by-Name Directory allows callers to search for a person's extension using their last name. When you add it as a feature to your account, your callers will have the ability to search through your company's database to locate someone's extension.  To access the Dial-by-Name directory callers must press 8 from your main greeting.

To setup Dial-by-Name Directory

1. Go to mygotvmail.com
2. Enter your account number and PIN and leave extension number
   blank to login as an administrator
3. Click the Systems Settings Tab
4. Type a name into the text box next to an extension in the Dial-by-Name section, you must enter a first and last name
5. Click the update button
