Conference Calling

Creating a conference call is easy with your GotVMail account. You can conference up to five people per call. To make a conference call:

1. Dial your account number (GotVMail toll free or local number)
2. Press *
3. Enter your extension followed by #
4. Enter your PIN
5. Press 0
6. Press 3 to make a conference call
7. Enter the area code and phone number you want to conference followed by #
8. Press # to add additional parties
9. Press * to start the conference. The parties are then called and notified of the conference. Your extension name will play and the parties can accept and enter the conference by pressing #
10. To end the call, press # twice (##)
