2. Make it easier for customers to find you with a Dial-by-Name Directory
The Dial-by-Name Directory allows callers to search for the right person
without knowing that employee's extension. To access the directory, callers
must press '8' from your main greeting. Callers now have the convenient
option to dial the first few letters of either the employee's first or
last name to find their extension.
Take advantage of this tip: To setup Dial-by-Name Directory, login to mygotvmail.com and
select "Dial-by-Name" under the System tab.
3. Stay connected even when you can't take a call 
GotVMail can deliver your voicemails as mp3 audio files and faxes as PDF attachments to multiple email addresses.
You can even receive SMS messages to your mobile phone so you can stay connected no matter where you are.
Take advantage of this tip: To setup notification options, login to mygotvmail.com
for the extension you would like to receive messages from. Under Settings,
click "Notification."
4. Add a local number to gain or maintain a local business image

5. Check all your messages for multiple extensions in just one phone call
GotVMail makes it easy to check all of your messages for each extension at
once with just a single phone call.
Take advantage of this tip: Follow these easy steps:
• After checking messages in an extension, press "0" to enter Navigation Mode.
• Press "1" to navigate to a different extension.
• Enter extension number followed by #.
• Press ** to log into that extension and enter the PIN if necessary
• Repeat as needed
